The total value locked (TVL) on Layer 2 solutions has seen a slight uptick, standing at $10.01 billion today compared to $9.88 billion yesterday. Arbitrum leads the pack with a TVL of $3.23 billion, showing a 1.24% increase from yesterday. Base follows with $1.72 billion, up by 1.05%. Blast holds $1.22 billion, marking a 1.45% rise. Scroll's TVL is $770.26 million, with a 1.88% increase, and Optimism rounds out the top five at $739.97 million, up by 1.29%.

Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) prices have also shown positive momentum. BTC is currently priced at $68,851, up from $67,894 yesterday. ETH is trading at $3,282, a slight increase from $3,277.

Today's fundraising activities have been noteworthy, with a total of $9.50 million raised. The largest round was by Mezo, securing $7.50 million, followed by LayerPixel with $2.00 million. This adds to the cumulative fundraising of $210.51 million over the current week.

In other news, a major data breach has affected 7,640,112 customers of Evolve Bank & Trust, exposing sensitive information such as names, Social Security numbers, locations, and bank account numbers. This breach is part of a larger hack impacting multiple financial institutions.

Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF has hit a historic net outflow of $1.5 billion. If the current rate of outflows continues, ETHE's ether reserves could be depleted within weeks.
