Cryptocurrency Market Surges: TVL Hits $7.79B, Bitcoin and Ethereum Prices Climb
The cryptocurrency market has seen significant movements, with the Total Value Locked (TVL) on L2 Beat rising to $7.79 billion from $7.40 billion yesterday.
Among the top Layer 2 networks, Arbitrum's TVL stands at $2.59 billion, reflecting a growth of 4.88% from the previous day. Base has surged to $1.35 billion, marking an 8.86% increase. Blast's TVL reached $854.36 million, up by 4.94%. Scroll's value hit $606.25 million, a rise of 4.45%. Optimism's TVL now sits at $576.91 million, showing an 8.32% increase.
Bitcoin (BTC) has also seen a price uptick, currently valued at $56,411, up from $54,289 yesterday. Ethereum (ETH) follows suit, now priced at $2,527, a rise from $2,434.
In the fundraising arena, today's total reached $13.50 million. The largest rounds include Cartridge securing $7.50 million, Zoth raising $4.00 million, and elmnts obtaining $2.00 million. The cumulative fundraising for the current week stands at $19.20 million.
